Coming This Fall: The Relaunch of ACMO Tech

We’re excited to announce the relaunch of the ACMO Tech Resource Library—a refreshed collection of short, practical “how-to” guides designed to help condominium managers quickly learn and apply essential skills in their day-to-day work.

Long-time members may recall ACMO Tech from its earlier days as a monthly feature in our newsletter. When we transitioned to a weekly e-newsletter, ACMO Tech shifted to a member-only resource and eventually made way for new ACMO publications.

Now, ACMO Tech is making a comeback—with a modern twist. This new version will be publicly accessible, featuring concise slide presentations and companion videos, all available on ACMO’s YouTube channel.

We’re especially pleased to collaborate with our valued Associate members—including trades companies and industry suppliers—to create high-quality, easy-to-access content. Together, we aim to support condominium professionals in advancing their careers and delivering exceptional service.

Advocating for Fairness: The Momentum Grows

As highlighted in our Summer issue, ACMO has officially launched a campaign advocating for an increase in status certificate fees and an equitable approach to liability stemming from its preparation on behalf of Condominium Corporations.

The response has been powerful—within just a month, we received hundreds of petition signatures and thoughtful comments from across the industry. Your voices are being heard.

ACMO’s leadership is carefully reviewing this feedback as they shape the official platform and engage with key decision-makers. We’re deeply grateful for the incredible support and engagement from our community.
