The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services is seeking your input on regulatory proposals under the Condominium Act, 1998 (Condo Act) to further support condominium living in Ontario. The Ministry proposes to expand the scope of disputes that can be heard by the Condominium Authority Tribunal.
