FREE Advanced Certificate Courses!

ACMO eliminating cost barriers for condominium managers seeking continuing education and the industry’s leading professional designation

We are pleased to announce that effectively immediately, ACMO RCMs and Affiliate members can take all of our Advanced Certificate Courses for FREE! The usual single course fee is $255 for non-members and $155 for members, but now anyone can take our Certificate Courses at no cost simply by being a member of the association!

General License holders who successfully complete just 2 courses receive the 10 CMRAO CPE credits required to annually renew their license – no need to sit through endless one-hour webinars to meet the CPE requirement! In addition, General License holders who successfully complete 5 Advanced Certificate Courses (2 mandatory + 3 elective courses) are eligible to apply for ACMO’s prestigious RCM designation and save $775 in doing so!

The ACMO Advanced Certificate Program, introduced in 2022, is a series of premium continuing education courses providing a higher level of knowledge and deeper dive into very specific condominium management topics in alignment with the CMRAO’s Competency Profile. Each course consists of 2 hours of pre-course study, an engaging 3-hour live class delivered online, and a quiz.

Not only does this new benefit significantly increase the value members receive, but it gives managers access to easy, convenient ‘one-stop shopping’ for all of their condominium management continuing education needs to build on their skills and knowledge.
