Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) (voting):
Designate Membership is limited to individuals who are directly employed in the management of condominiums in Ontario and who have successfully completed all criteria for the RCM designation or any other designation established by the Association and all requirements of applicable provincial regulation if any.
Price: $195.00 + $25.35 (HST) = $220.35
Individual (non-voting): Applicants are those with an interest in the condominium management profession or enrolled in ACMO courses but are not currently qualified for RCM/Designate Membership. Note: Condominium industry suppliers are not eligible for Individual membership. See Associate category.
Price: $106.00 + $13.78 (HST) = $119.78
Management (non-voting): Any company, corporation, partnership or firm engaged in the business of the management of condominium in Ontario is eligible for membership as a Corporate Member, provided that the company agrees that no condominium manager on staff shall be given total responsibility for the management of the affairs of any condominium corporation except under the active supervision of a condominium manager holding the General Licence as issued by the CMRAO. All Corporate members are required to obtain ACMO 2000 certification within three years of joining ACMO as a Corporate member.
Please note, you must be actively engaged in the management of at least three Condominium Corporations in the Province of Ontario and must hold a current Condominium Management Provider Licence issued by the CMRAO.

Associate (non-voting): Companies and individuals engaged in the supply of goods and services to condominium corporations, managers or management companies. Applicants must have WSIB and/or liability insurance coverage as applicable to their business.
Price: $550.00 + $71.50 (HST) = $621.50
Student (non-voting): Any person enrolled in any ACMO condominium manager educational course that is a pre-requisite for the RCM designation program may apply for student registration with ACMO. Proof, of course, enrolment must be provided with this application and will be required on an annual basis.
