Job Description:
Seeking a part-time remote Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) holding either a General Licence or Transitional General Licence to consult on an hourly basis. This position would be appropriate for a professional manager who is semi-retired, on mat leave or just someone who wants extra work. Except for a few required meetings during business hours, the consulting work can take place evenings or weekends. The purpose of the position is to provide ongoing review for a 380-unit condominium corporation in London, ON, to ensure its management complies with the Condominium Management Services Act and the regulations. To start we would require 6 to 12-month part-time commitment.

For last 12 years our development company has specialized in renovating old condo buildings in Ontario. Once we start managing the property with cooperation of the Board of Directors and acquire new Reserve Fund Study, we proceed to complete a major overhaul of the building that may take 2+ years. We expect the condominium financials, audits and other operational documents meet current act requirements.
