MARDA Management Inc. is seeking a professional with a valid General Licence issued by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) to be the supervisor for Marla and/ or Dale Coffin during the time period in which they hold a limited licence issued from CMRAO.  It is our intention to get a Condominium Management Provider Licence for MARDA Management in addition to the Limited Licence.  This individual would work part time for Marda Management on a two (2) year contract to help oversee us as we obtain our general license.  We are seeking an individual with their general license who would oversee us managing as few as one (1) small condo complex, with the option to oversee our management of multiple condominium complexes.


  1. Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are being met: As MARDA Management Inc. initiates its business in the Condominium Management space it is imperative that the services we are offering are in compliance with all of the regulations of the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015.
  2. Provide Guidance to MARDA Management Limited Licencees: It is our intention to offer management services to the Boards of Condominium Corporations in Windsor and Essex County.  We are looking for someone that has experience in the area of Condominium Board Management to assist us in establishing best practices for managing boards, assisting in maintaining the assets they are responsible and reporting appropriately to all legal and regulatory agencies including the CAO and CMRAO.

Role of the Senior Property Manager in assisting MARDA Management in accomplishing the tasks set out above:

  1. During the term of the supervisor role, the supervisor will be an employee of MARDA Management Inc. or of a separate company that would be a subsidiary of MARDA Management Inc which would hold the company condominium license.*
  2. Review and approve all contracts signed by MARDA Management and or the Limited Licence Holder employed by MARDA Management
  3. Review and approve all financial disbursement of more than $500 of general funds for any Condominium Corporation
  4. Manage, Control, Disburse and fund from the Reserve Fund on behalf of the Condominium Boards for whom MARDA Management Inc. is providing management services.
  5. Sign status certificates on behalf of MARDA Management for Condominium Corporations using MARDA Management for management services.
  6. Attend board meetings in person or via video/phone conference (using services like Skype) for all Condominium Corporations.
  7. Review procedure manuals for MARDA Management as they are developed for our Management Services offerings.
  8. Assist MARDA Management in the review and providing guidance to Condominium Boards regarding reserve funds, reserve studies and large capital projects.
  9. Ensure that all advice being given to Condominium Boards regarding the Condominium Act, 1998 complies with the responsibilities of both the manager and the Condominium Board of Directors.
