ACMO Courses designated as requirement for Condominium Managers in Ontario

Minister of Government and Consumer Services, Tracy MacCharles, designated ACMO’s four courses and challenge examinations as a requirement for condominium managers in Ontario to obtain a general license under the Condominium Management Services Act. Our jurisdiction-specific content supports industry best practices and unique requirements of Ontario law.

We are pleased this announcement coincides with our 40th Anniversary, further highlighting ACMO’s long history of leading the condominium management profession.

This announcement is also good news for our ACMO 2000 certified companies that provide in-house instruction of ACMO courses for their employees.  ACMO 2000 certified companies provide the highest level of service to the corporations they manage, and they will continue to be able to train the leaders of tomorrow under the new licensing regime.

ACMO is proud that our advocacy efforts on behalf of condominium managers have brought us to this point.

Our courses are offered online via Ontario Learn and in-person at the following institutions: Mohawk College, Humber College, George Brown College, and Conestoga College. More information about enrolling in ACMO’s courses can be found on the Course Calendar page of our website.
