Leonard Mehmeti

Leonard Mehmeti, condominium manager limited licensee.

I am a self-directed and resourceful customer service and office administration professional with more than six years of Canadian experience. I have strong skills in customer service, problem resolution, and handling challenging situations in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. I am a quick learner, adaptable, and known as a positive and dependable team member who consistently contributes to achieving organizational goals.

I bring valuable professional experience from my work as a Lawyer and Legal Consultant in Albania, where I practiced property and construction law. In this role, I advised clients on construction, housing, and property matters, ensuring compliance with municipal bylaws, safety standards, and contractual obligations. I collaborated with developers, property owners, and condominium boards to address governance issues and resolve disputes. I also drafted and reviewed contracts, property agreements, and legal documentation, and represented clients in administrative and civil matters while maintaining clear communication and effective problem-solving under pressure.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Construction Inspector with the National Inspectorate for Territorial Protection, overseeing public and private construction projects. I conducted site inspections, ensured compliance with building codes and safety regulations, prepared detailed inspection reports, and worked closely with engineers, contractors, and municipal officials.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Law, evaluated by WES, and I am currently pursuing condominium management education through CMRAO and Humber College, including by-law and financial courses. I have a good understanding of the Ontario Condominium Act, 1998, budget preparation, financial reporting, and contractor supervision. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English, Albanian, Greek, [German, and Italian].
