Property Manager/ Partnership Opportunity

PROPERTY MANAGER – COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUMS

Allcomm Property Management is a well-established firm specializing in the management of commercial condominiums in the Oakville area.

We are seeking a licensed Property Manager to join our team and take a hands-on role in the day-to-day management of our properties.

The successful candidate will work directly with condominium Boards, owners, tenants, contractors and vendors, overseeing property operations, maintenance, repairs, budgets, meetings, compliance and customer service.

We are looking for someone who:

·Has a minimum of 3 years’ property management experience

·Holds a CMRAO license and has strong knowledge of the Condominium Act, 1998

·Is highly organized, professional and an excellent communicator

·Has strong customer service skills and takes ownership of their responsibilities

·Is comfortable with both the administrative and hands-on aspects of property management
