General Licensee Condo Manager

We are seeking a Condominium Manager in the Ottawa/Prescott-Russell region to oversee all operational and financial aspects of condo management, including budget control, maintenance, board meetings, and Reserve Fund Studies. Unless you hold a CMRAO license, you will work under the supervision of a licensed manager.

Qualified candidates must have at least one year of condo management experience, a CMRAO General or Limited License, and a strong knowledge of Condo Law. Bilingualism (English/French) and the ability to work both on-site and in-office are required.
