Senior Condominium Manager - HighPoint Property Management
HighPoint Property Management is looking for a Senior Condominium Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and enjoys working with a collaborative and supportive team.
This is a hybrid role; however, the majority of work is performed in-office.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of condominium corporations, working closely with Boards of Directors, owners, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned condominium corporations
- Work closely with Boards of Directors to support governance and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act, CAO, and CMRAO requirements
- Maintain CAO registrations, renewals, and reporting deadlines
- Prepare meeting agendas, management reports, and review financial statements with the Board of Directors
- Attend Board meetings, AGMs, and special meetings (evenings required)
- Take and/or coordinate meeting minutes, as needed
- Assist with annual budget preparation and monitor expenses
- Review monthly financial statements for accuracy
- Respond to owner inquiries and act as liaison with the Board
- Oversee maintenance, contractors, and service providers
- Negotiate contracts and monitor contractor performance
- Work collaboratively with internal team members

Qualifications
- Limited or General License with CMRAO
- RCM designation (ACMO) preferred
- Experience managing various condominium types (vacant land, standard, high-rise)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with property management/accounting software is an asset (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
