Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent Management skills
· Strong focus on delivering results and providing exceptional service
· Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
· Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and supervise building staff
· Ability to multi-task
· Familiar with financial statements and budget preparation
· Understanding of all applicable Federal, Provincial & Municipal Acts & Codes, including
TSSA, Building & Fire Codes.
· Minimum 2 year's experience in condo property management
Job Description
· Prepares & provides well written communication, budgets and reports
· To provide well written reports and communication and most importantly prepared
on time
· Provides timely follow up to matters arising from Board meetings
· To read and understand financial statements and prepare budgets for review.
· Controls spending while providing quality service
· Must have an eye for detail especially during building inspections
· To keep all common areas safe and clean. Maintains a well-kept building.
· Can oversee and manage small projects throughout the building.
· Effectively manages time
· Leads by example- attendance, punctuality and appearance are a must to lead your
team.
· Respects and maintains good communication and relationships with both internal
and external staff, and contractors
· Effective and fair supervision
· Maintains a professional relationship with board of director and provides guidance
when requested
· Provides excellent customer service
