Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our condominium management team. This role is ideal for an individual pursuing a career in condominium management who is currently enrolled in industry education and looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Condominium Managers and the operations team
- Assist with preparation of management reports, Board packages, and correspondence
- Respond to resident inquiries and direct requests appropriately
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical records and files
- Coordinate service requests, work orders, and vendor communications
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Support status certificate requests and documentation tracking
- Perform general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in courses with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario
- 1–2 years of administrative experience (property management experience is an asset)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with property management software (Yardi is an asset)
