Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Condominium Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium corporations. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and experienced in managing day-to-day operations while providing strategic guidance to Boards of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of condominium corporations in accordance with the Condominium Act, 1998 (Ontario)
- Act as the primary point of contact for Boards of Directors and residents
- Prepare and present management reports, budgets, and financial updates
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
- Enforce condominium by-laws, rules, and policies
- Organize and attend Board meetings, AGMs, and owner meetings
- Oversee vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality
- Respond to emergencies and after-hours issues as required
Requirements
- Must hold a valid General or Limited Licence from the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario
- Strong knowledge of Ontario condominium legislation and governance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with property management software (experience with Yardi is an asset)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
