Goldview Property Management Ltd. is seeking a candidate for a full-time condominium management position.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

3+ years of Condominium property management experience;
valid drivers license;
ability to supervise 2-3 people;
ability to work in fast-paced environment;
Condominium setting experience;
experience with Condominium mechanical systems;
attention to detail;
dependability;
excellent written communication;
excellent oral communication;
organized;
team player;
effective interpersonal skills;
proficient with MS Word, Electronic Mail (email), MS Office;
ability to prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance;
ability to co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation;
ability to monitor progress and cost of work for property owners,
ability compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income;
ensure response to trouble calls from clients and tenants;
possess a high school diploma;
possess a college/university degree, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years; and
English speaking.
