Part Time Property Manager
Condominium Manager / Portfolio Manager – Ottawa (Part-Time Opportunity Available)
GPM Property Management has been proudly serving the condominium management industry for over 50 years, with some clients remaining with us since our inception. We currently manage over 85 properties throughout the GTA and are continuing to grow geographically.
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and professional Condominium Manager or Portfolio Manager to join our team in the Ottawa area( McCarthy Rd and Paul Anka Dr) as soon as possible.
This opportunity can be part-time and is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current income, particularly candidates holding a limited condominium management licence who want to build experience while contributing to a professional management team.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Strong focus on results and exceptional client service
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and supervise building staff
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with financial statements and budget preparation
- Knowledge of applicable Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Acts & Codes (TSSA, Building & Fire Codes, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in condominium property management
- Limited license or General license
Responsibilities
- Prepare clear, professional written communications, budgets, and reports (on time)
- Follow up promptly on Board meeting action items
- Review financial statements and assist with budget preparation
- Manage expenses while maintaining service quality
- Conduct detailed building inspections
- Ensure common areas remain safe, clean, and well maintained
- Oversee smaller building projects as required
- Manage time effectively and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Lead by example in attendance, punctuality, and professionalism
- Maintain positive working relationships with boards, staff, contractors, and residents
- Provide fair, effective supervision and excellent customer service
