About the Role
This is not a typical customer support job. You will work directly with our CEO and Founder and play a key role in shaping how clients experience Managemate. You’ll onboard new clients, setup their accounts, train their teams, and make sure they succeed. If you know the condo industry and love solving problems with technology, this is your chance to join a fast-growing company where your work matters.
What You’ll Do
·Onboard new condo corporations and management firms
·Set up accounts, migrate data, and configure settings
·Train board members, managers, and staff (virtual and in-person)
·Monitor usage and client health
·Create help center documentation and training materials
·Support sales and client success initiatives alongside leadership
What We’re Looking For
·Experience in condo management, administration, or accounting
·Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
·Strong communicator who can explain complex ideas clearly
·Organized and detail-oriented
·Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
·Bonus: SaaS or account management experience

Compensation
$35–$40 per hour, plus health benefits and pro-rated vacation and sick days. Travel expenses for client meetings will be reimbursed.
