Senior Condominium Manager

Job Overview
Are you a skilled Condominium Property Manager looking to join a reputable property management company with over 50 years of experience in the industry? We are currently seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a condominium property in Markham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the condominium board and unit owners
  • Oversee daily operations of the condo including maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and reserve fund planning
  • Attend and coordinate board meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation, including the Condominium Act and relevant bylaws
  • Manage service contracts and vendor relationships
  • Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally and efficiently
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in property management
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Financial literacy with experience in budgeting and interpreting financial statements.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Solid understanding of building maintenance standards and contractor coordination.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
