Job Overview
Are you a skilled Condominium Property Manager looking to join a reputable property management company with over 50 years of experience in the industry? We are currently seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a condominium property in Markham.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the condominium board and unit owners
- Oversee daily operations of the condo including maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and reserve fund planning
- Attend and coordinate board meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Ensure compliance with all legislation, including the Condominium Act and relevant bylaws
- Manage service contracts and vendor relationships
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally and efficiently
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in property management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Financial literacy with experience in budgeting and interpreting financial statements.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Solid understanding of building maintenance standards and contractor coordination.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
