Job Overview
We are looking for a Full-time Condominium General Licensed Property Manager to join our growing Arthex Team to manage a portfolio of various Condominium Corporations.

Uniqueness of the Company
We work in a paperless environment utilizing electronic and virtual communications. The Property Manager will serve as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors, managing all board-related matters directly. The administrative team will be responsible for addressing owner inquiries and concerns to the best of their ability, consulting the Property Manager when necessary. Additionally, the Property Manager will oversee vendor communications. However, for routine repair and maintenance requests from owners, the Administrator may coordinate directly with the corporation’s designated vendors, ensuring the Property Manager is kept informed by copying them on all relevant correspondence
Requirements
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Condominium Management General License Designation (OLCM).
- R.C.M Designation an asset.
- Minimum 2 years experience managing condominium corporations.
- Knowledge of the Condominium Act, 1998.
- Financial and budgetary management experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in property inspection and board meeting expectations.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical procedures, by-laws, statutes and regulations, etc.
- Preference will be given to individuals holding an RCM designation
About the Position
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM plus evening board meetings as required.
- Salary is $70,000 to $75,000.
- Emergency, after-hours phone duty; two-week rotations with the current number of property managers on staff paid extra.
