Senior Condominium Manager: Portfolio

Best Practices Property Management is a boutique Canadian Condominium Management Services Provider that provides professional, knowledgeable service. We have an excellent reputation for ethical practices and are frequently recommended by condo lawyers, engineers and auditors.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team as a Senior Property Manager.

Requirements:

-Current General Licence issued by CMRAO

-RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation in good standing with ACMO

-Post-secondary education preferred

-At least three years’ experience as a Condominium Manager

-Comfortable with software such as Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Office 365, Condo Control

-Comfortable working in a team environment, sharing information and knowledge

Portfolio Manager:

-Be part of a team managing several properties - our ratio of managers to sites is far below industry average

-Flexible work schedule: ideal for those with young children or other family responsibilities
