Senior Condominium Manager

We are a well-established property management company dedicated to providing top-tier services to condominium residents in the Greater Toronto Area. We are currently looking for a professional and driven Condominium Manager to oversee a condominium property located in Markham. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a passion for property management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple condominium properties.
  • Ensure the properties are well-maintained, clean, and safe for all residents.
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with local by-laws, building codes, and condominium corporation regulations.
  • Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and attend regular meetings with the Board of Directors and residents, providing updates and addressing issues.
  • Assist in preparing and managing annual budgets and reserve fund studies.
  • Administer and enforce the condominium’s rules and regulations.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between the management team, residents, and Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in condominium management or property management.
  • Certification in condominium management (e.g., RCM or CMRAO) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act, building systems, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, board members, and service providers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically in various situations.
  • Knowledge of maintenance issues, contractor management, and property maintenance standards.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
