We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and people-first Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of a new-build condominium
Provide timely, professional communication and written reports
Respond to resident inquiries with care and urgency
Conduct detailed building inspections with a focus on safety and presentation
Maintain high standards in common areas
Supervise and support building staff
Build strong relationships with contractors, residents, and the builder
Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and customer service
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and legislation
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in condo property management
New build experience is a strong asset
Solid understanding of the Condominium Act
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
Financial literacy (budgets, financials)
Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations (TSSA, Fire, Building, etc.)
