Responsibilities

·Answer owners inquires and requests via email and phone

·Prepare notices as needed

·Communicate with tradesperson when requested by the Property Manager

·Obtain mail and distributed as required

·Obtain reports from the Concierge Desk, action items within reason and/or advise the Property Manager of such inquiries as they arise.

·Prepare Agenda, Managers report, building inspections and other documents as requested by the Property Manager.

·Prepare board packages monthly

·Review, code and approve invoices in Sparcbills

·Book party rooms, elevators for deliveries and moves

·Other duties as assigned

Performance Criteria

- MUST have a CMRAO Limited License

- 2-5 years of Condominium Property Management experience.

- Valid driver license and vehicle required

- Clear Criminal Reference Check required.

- Exceptional time management, organization skills and problem solving.

- Excellent interpersonal, phone and customer service skills.

- Ability to establish strong relationships with owners, vendors and coworkers etc.

- Proficient English speaking and writing skills a must.

- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Proactive problem solving and solution recognition.

- Excellent customer service.

- Detailed oriented, organized and have strong time management skills.

Salary & Hours

This position has site hours Monday to Friday located in the Brampton area, On-Call is a possibility, Group medical plan offered after probation period. The starting salary is $40,000 per year. Please email cover letter and resume to mail@malvern.ca attention Laura.
