Condominium Property Manager

Coldwell Banker Real Estate Management Leaders is a medium sized condominium management firm located in Brampton, ON. We specialize in the management of Residential and Commercial Condominiums.

We are expanding and seeking a Condominium Property Manager to join our team. If you are If you are a Licensee of the CMRAO and looking to grow your career in Condominium Property Management we would be interested in hearing from you. Position Overview

This position directly oversees all management and administrative aspects of the properties located in the assigned portfolio. This includes all Condominium Corporations currently located in the portfolio, and any future additions.

Essential Functions

1. Property Maintenance
2. Liaison With Contractors
3. Complete Meeting Packages
4. Liaison with Residents
5. Oversee All Personnel Related to Properties
6. Attend Board Meetings, AGMs, and Special Meetings

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Complete Site Walks of Corporations
2. Identify any rule violations
3. Prepare Yearly Corporation Budgets
4. Maintain all licences, certifications, etc.
5. Maintain ACMO Membership

 

Education, Skills and Certification Requried

• At least 2 years work related experience in the Property Management field.
• Active CMRAO General License (or Limited License with 3 of the 6 required courses completed)
• RCM Certification would be highly desirable
• Strong grasp of speaking, reading, and writing business English.
• Detail orientated, punctual, organized
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Yardi experience would be an asset

Work is performed off-site at head office, however travel to where the properties are located is required at weekly in order to complete site inspections and check on any deficiencies. Standard office equipment is available for use for any matters related to the functions of the job.

This position has office hours Monday to Friday 9-5pm. On-Call Requried (for emergencies), Group medical plan offered after probation period. Salary to commensurate with experience.
