Office Maintenance Assistant and Administration
In your position, you will be responsible for the duties as outlined bellobelow not limited to this list:
- To work with the Property Manager with day-to-day Maintenance Requirements, reporting and obtaining direction at the discretion of the company
- Communicate, generate, and schedule minor maintenance with owners and Contractors alike in an expedient manner.
- Must be able to address conflict management
- Maintaining, organizing, and updating resident files and records for maintenance that has been completed associated to individual units.
- Yardi Data Entry and maintain contact lists and credentials for Vendors
- Ensuring that Contractor Validations and certifications are up to date
- Assist Directors with questions (this may be shared with Administration)
- Assist in maintaining company filing systems pertaining to maintenance or as required
- Assist when needed to answer incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Responsible for administering email inquiries
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. as relating to your maintenance role
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Rotation of on-call services and Emergencies after hours
