Administration & Bookkeeping
Contract position covering 3-month sick leave.
Must have knowledge of the bookkeeping software NewViews Accounting
- Mail, in and out
- Phone
- Filing
- Receive, resolve fire sprinkler monitoring calls and update pog
- Update owners’ register, NewViews, fax, email Addresses
- Collate & distribute notice to owners
- Attend Annual General Meeting of Owners as required and take and transcribe minutes
- Transcribe Directors’ minutes
- Accounts payables
- Monthly payroll source deductions
- Annual payroll summaries/T4
- Reconcile bank statements
- Collate budgeting reports
- Collate year-end reports to auditors
- Invoice surplus water consumption
- Chargeback owners for expenses, when necessary
- Prepare Status Certificate packages
- File Annual Reports with Condominium Authority of Ontario
- Register new and remove prior Board Members with Condominium Authority of Ontario
- General office duties
