Administration & Bookkeeping 

Contract position covering 3-month sick leave. 

Must have knowledge of the bookkeeping software NewViews Accounting

 

  1. Mail, in and out
  2. Phone
  3. Filing
  4. Receive, resolve fire sprinkler monitoring calls and update pog
  5. Update owners’ register, NewViews, fax, email Addresses
  6. Collate & distribute notice to owners
  7. Attend Annual General Meeting of Owners as required and take and transcribe minutes
  8. Transcribe Directors’ minutes
  9. Accounts payables
  10. Monthly payroll source deductions
  11. Annual payroll summaries/T4
  12. Reconcile bank statements
  13. Collate budgeting reports
  14. Collate year-end reports to auditors
  15. Invoice surplus water consumption
  16. Chargeback owners for expenses, when necessary
  17. Prepare Status Certificate packages
  18. File Annual Reports with Condominium Authority of Ontario
  19. Register new and remove prior Board Members with Condominium Authority of Ontario
  20. General office duties
