Knowledge & Experience

The Senior Level Condominium Manager will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Condominium Property Manager, preferably in a multi-corporation and shared facility environment, and must possess a valid General Licence along with the following knowledge and skills:

  • Requires a thorough knowledge of the Condominium Act 1998 and The Protecting Condominium Owners Act 2015.
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills.
  • Possess strong customer service and people skills with a demonstrated ability to work successfully with all stakeholders.
  • Keeps current on all changes in the various regulatory requirements that impact the operations of a condominium corporation. Has successfully developed and maintained inspection and staff training protocols to keep the Corporation and their employees current with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Superior planning and analytical skills, must be financially literate with experience in building and managing budgets with the ability to read, analyse and report on monthly unaudited financial statements.
  • Possess and demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making skills and be an excellent problem solver capable of providing creative cost effective solutions in response to often difficult issues.
  • Excellent procurement and contract management skills combined with sound project management experience, organizational skills and a proven ability to set priorities and proficiently manage work flow in a demanding fast-paced environment.
