In this Issue

First year boards and their condominium managers are faced with a variety of issues that include the turnover, construction deficiencies, the first reserve fund study, terminating contracts and many other matters. In fact all new boards face intense scrutiny by unit owners. The summer issue of CM magazine aims to help readers understand and deal with this delicate balancing act.
