There are several managers who have taken the ACMO college courses some time ago, or received an education or experience exemption, and not yet written the RCM exam. This seminar has been developed primarily to prepare these managers to write the RCM exam. If you have been intending to write the RCM exam, this is an excellent opportunity to prepare yourself.
The Refresher Course runs for two days from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and will take place at the Holiday Inn at Yorkdale in the Albany Room.

Friday, September 10th: 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon - Finance

ACMO Luncheon - Legislation Governing Violence at Your Condo

Now that the June 15, 2010 deadline has passed, at the September 17th Luncheon session Bob will highlight the information you need to know to rapidly implement your condo’s Policy affecting not only your employees, but any other worker at your condo’s workplace. Andrea Krywonis will show you how to implement all of the requirements of the Workplace Risk Assessment and the applicable Programs. Did you realize that managers and directors can be held personally liable, on a strict liability basis for breach of the Occupational Health and Safety Act ("OHSA") for astounding fines?
An RCM Exam is being held on September 21st at the Richmond Hill Country Club from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. You must pre-register for the exam and ensure you are a current Candidate member. Transcripts must accompany application forms.
Registration begins on August 16th, 2010.
