We are seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager to join our team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensure compliance with the Corporation’s Declaration, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations as well as the Condominium Act
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Condominium Corporations
  • Manage relationships, issues/complaints and communications with Directors, Owners and/or Tenants, Contractors and Employees
  • Maintain Contractor/Vendor service logs containing: quotes, services performed, and costs incurred
  • Conduct site inspections and required follow-up
  • Ensure preventative and seasonal maintenance programs are current and implemented
  • Prepare for and attend board meetings and Annual Owner’s Meetings
  • Budget preparation

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in managing condominium properties
  • Licensed Property Manager and R.C.M. designation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Computer Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated understanding of Financial Statements and Budgets
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle required. Some evening work required for meetings.
