Job Description

The Condominium Property Manager is accountable for and entrusted with planning, managing, supervising, mentoring and guiding all functions of Condo Property Management within their portfolio. They manage and support staff to ensure optimal team performance while providing clients with continuity of management and adherence to all contractual obligations as well as providing leadership in corporate governance and regulatory compliance at a senior level. The Property Manager will be responsible to manage multiple condominiums. The Property Manager will be responsible to manage multiple condominiums throughout the Cambridge, Guelph, Kitchener/Waterloo areas.

Qualifications

As a successful Condominium Property Manager, you must have advanced knowledge in the following categories:

·         Condominium Act

·         Experience in Condominiums – 3 years’ experience

·         Reciprocal and Shared Agreements – 2 years’ experience

·         Financial and Budgetary Management

·         Energy Management

·         Insurance

·         Resident and Board of Director Relations

·         Property Inspection and Board Meeting Expectations

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills

·         Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook

·         Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes and regulations.

·         Must have applied for their Condominium Management General License.

·         Preference will be given to candidates with their RCM designation.
