Licensing Update – Early Application Discount

CMRAO will offer a 10% early application incentive on the initial licence fee for individuals and firms who submit their application between November 1 and December 15, 2017 and pay their initial license fee within 30 days of receiving their approval notice.

Condominium Authority of Ontario Announces Fees

The Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) has posted assessment fees and fees associated with the operation and management of the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT). This announcement follows a public consultation period conducted on July 4-18, 2017. Read more about the fees on CAO’s website.
