Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd. formerly known as Brookfield Condominium Services Ltd., is the largest residential condominium property management company in Ontario, managing over 80,000 condominium units located as far east as Whitby, west to Burlington, south to Toronto’s lakefront and north to Gravenhurst. Position Summary

The Property Manager is responsible for providing support, information and advice along with administrative and technical training to the Building Managers, Administrative Assistants, Accountants and Executive Assistants. The Property Manager reports to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • General Property Manager License required
  • Preferred University Degree or College Diploma
  • Minimum 5 years in condominium management
  • Has supervised a minimum of 5 employees
